Compact, powerful and purpose-built.

Paper cushioning right at the line – no trolley, no pallet next to it.

The SEALED AIR® ProPad Horizontal is wheeled over a pallet of endless fanfold paper and supplies packing stations and conveyor lines with paper pads – on a minimal footprint. One pallet holds up to 8,040 m of paper, which reduces reloading, storage and handling.

Ergonomics for the operator
The paper is fed in upright – no heavy lifting. The magnetic HMI panel can be placed on the left or right, and a foot switch releases pads.

Intelligent automation
Four operating modes (manual, auto repeat, batch, sequence), a bin-full sensor and a stack light keep the line moving – up to 150 pads per minute at 30 cm length, pad width 150 to 190 mm.

Sustainable
TigerPad® paper made from 100% recycled fibres, kerbside recyclable; patented single-motor drive with low power consumption.

How it works

Dock

Wheel the system over the endless paper pallet, feed the paper in upright and press the auto-load key – no heavy lifting.

Select mode

Choose length and operating mode on the magnetic HMI display: manual, auto repeat, batch or programmed sequence.

Cushion

Take the pads from the collection bin and use them for cushioning, blocking and bracing – the bin-full sensor stops automatically.
