The SpeedyPacker foam packaging system
The SpeedyPacker packaging system is the all-rounder among foam cushioning innovations. There is no such thing as impossible: that is the motto of the INSTAPAK SpeedyPacker. You can choose from up to 156 high-quality foam cushion variations. This means practically anything can be packed well and securely, from a light, fragile vase to a heavy component with highly complex geometries.
Using a display with intuitive user guidance, you configure all the required process parameters: bag sizes, the foam combination perfectly matched to your product, and the throughput. The SpeedyPacker foam cushioning system produces up to 21 filled foam cushions per minute, giving you high productivity and high-quality product protection, fully automatically and at the cycle rate you need.
Whether you choose our SpeedyPacker tabletop model or our height-adjustable SpeedyPacker floor-standing model, both SpeedyPacker systems can produce standard foam bag packaging as well as the patented continuous foam tubes (CFT).

How it works
Set up
Set the bag length and the amount of INSTAPAK® foam on the touchscreen; at the touch of a button the system dispenses a foam-filled bag.
Position
Place the bag in the carton and position the product on the expanding bottom cushion.
Pack
Lay a second bag on top and close the carton flaps: this creates a perfectly fitting top cushion.
