How it works

A hand pressing firmly on the marked area of the QuickRT foam bag

Press

Press firmly on the marked area of component "A" to break the seal.

Both hands pressing alternately on areas A and B of the foam bag

Mix

Press lightly and alternately on areas "A" and "B" 15 to 20 times to mix the components.

Pack

As soon as the foam begins to expand, centre the product and hold it in position briefly until it is supported by the foam.

Press, mix, pack: the video shows how the Quick RT bag is activated without any machine, how the foam expands inside the bag and how the product is embedded between two cushions in the box.

  • Open the seal and mix components A and B
  • Place the bag in the box and position the product
  • Second bag as top cushion, then close the box
