This is ensured by the CE-certified, fully electric system with electric metering pumps, self-diagnostic controls and a timer for material dispensing. Simply line the box with Instamate® release film, dispense the foam, fold the overlapping film ends over the expanding foam and place the goods on top.

Prepare
Line the carton with protective film and meter the required amount of foam on the hand-held unit.
Foam in place
The INSTAPAK® foam expands in the carton and forms a perfectly fitting bottom cushion; place the product on top.
Pack
Fold the film over, apply a second layer of foam as the top cushion and close the carton.
