At the heart of the INSTAPAK iMold packaging solution is an individually designed mould that replicates your goods exactly. The system automatically feeds the foam bags into the mould until they cure. It then releases the foam cushions into a collection basket or, if required, onto a conveyor belt that delivers the cushions to your packing processes just in time.
Operating the system also meets the efficiency requirements of many companies. You simply insert the mould and select the number of cushions; INSTAPAK iMold takes care of the rest.

How it works
Define the cushion
The cushion is defined in consultation with the customer and then forms the negative mould in the machine.
Select the quantity
The customer selects the required number of moulded parts. The bags are dispensed automatically and drawn into the negative mould by vacuum.
Output
The machine ejects the foam cushions automatically.
