Less material thanks to bubble technologyThe NewAir I. B. Flex is the successor to the NewAir I.B. Express, which has enjoyed great popularity among our customers. In response to the growing demands placed on air cushion packaging, we have carried its many advantages over into a packaging system with significantly higher productivity. The NewAir I. B. Flex produces up to 30 linear metres of high-quality air cushion packaging per minute, making your shipping noticeably more efficient and your packaging considerably safer.
The double-walled PE packaging film is inflated automatically by the NewAir I. B. Flex packaging system during the packing process. This creates a bubble structure that maintains the excellent properties of the air cushion packaging throughout the entire transit process.
A wide range of film types gives NewAir I.B. Flex air cushion packaging a high degree of flexibility. By using the right type of packaging film for the job, you can achieve material savings of up to 50%. Last but not least, both the packaging film and the system take up very little space. This means the NewAir I. B. Flex can also be integrated into the shipping logistics of smaller companies.
